🦆🦆 HIRING IMMEDIATELY FOR OUR WEEKEND MANAGER POSITION 🦆🦆
We are unfortunately in the position that we need to fill our weekend manager position immediately.
The weekend manager would either be one individual who'd be responsible for the daily operation of our food truck every Friday and Saturday, or several individuals who would share this work load depending upon the candidates available.
A singular manager would be expected to handle all duties involved while working from 7am to 8 pm on both Friday and Saturday weekly, which is approximately 26 hours over two days.
Multiple weekend managers splitting the load would be expected to handle this same work load in whatever combination or splitting of shifts is necessary to handle the duties.
Duties include:
🔹Daily smoking of smaller cuts such as ribs and wings
🔹Prep of sides as needed
🔹Keeping inventory of supllies and communicating needs
🔹Cleaning/ensuring that your dishwasher/assistant is doing what's needed when on shift
🔹Interacting with customers/building report with our regulars
🔹Filling orders
Ideal qualities:
🔸Great with people
🔸Good at managing your own time and keeping everything running on your own, self sufficient
🔸Able to handle pressure, this is surprisingly a demanding job and will require multi-tasking, critical thinking, and prioritizing tasks to ensure everything gets done correctly
🔸Attention to detail
🔸Able to handle criticism and learn from mistakes and experiences. I demand employees that will care for the business as I do, you will get what you give.
🔸Someone looking for a longterm position, I will invest a lot of time and energy to train you and provide you with what you need to succeed

Experience in the food industry or management is great but not necessary. I'd rather have someone with the drive to learn and work hard that I need to teach as apposed to someone who's worked at 20 different restaurant and can't seem to stick around for long.
