Cooking is my passion..I can't remember when I wasn't passionate about food.Beside loving food and loving to cook I consider it as a gift and an honour to see the look of pure joy when they have tasted something that came from my heart with love.I find something very soothing about cooking and preparing a meal at the end of a busy day. My mom taught me how to cook when I was very young but my dad

was my inspiration. I've been brought up in a family where everyone loved to cook, even my father. Both my parents are really good cook...
Fortunately, I got married in a family of great cooks. My mother in law has her own cooking school and she has been in this profession from past 25 years. She not only taught me some great recipes but always encouraged and motivated me to do keep my passion alive by sharing it with others.....

Think of India and one of the first things that comes to mind is its diversity. The common thread that runs through most Indian food though, is the use of numerous spices to create flavor and aroma. Contrary to common belief, not all Indian dishes are curries. However, “curry” has become a catch-all name for any spice-based meat or vegetable dish with a sauce. Curries can be watery, dry, red, green, hot, or really, really hot—it’s completely up to the chef in charge.
