Dr. Marshall founded Dedicato Treatment Center Inc., providing Intensive Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Mental Health Disorders. He is also the author of “Fear to Freedom: From Dumpster to Doctor” and “Factors of Transformation: Be the Change You Want”.

In June 2023 Dr. Marshall received the Prestigious Presidential Life-Time Achievement Award for Volunteer Services alongside the late cultural icon Louis Gossett Jr., Pastor Donnie McClurkin, and others.

Our conversation explores signs, examples, and solutions to address mental health issues today.
