Knowing your worth means you understand your value. If you don't know that people will downplay the value you bring and discard your worth.

Many years ago, I did not know my worth. This stemmed from not having and knowing my .it is good that I now have all three

It has been useful because of the number of situations I have encountered, especially in business where people constantly want me to 'prove' my worth.This is despite evidence of the value i bring. The feedback and record of my achievements.
..yet it is never enough. I've come to the conclusion that as long as I know my worth in myself and God, I do not need to prove it to anyone else. If what I show is not enough, then that is not my problem. I believe the right people will see the value I bring.

I encourage you to get to know your worth in God, invest in personal development, and build your , and it will help you realise the value you bring❤️

By this point on you should know what you need to say goodbye to in 2025. For me, I am saying to:

✅️ Bad habits
✅️ putting up with people for the sake of it
✅️emotional weight (already in progress 🙂)
✅️ playing it safe

Cutting things off doesn't need to be an abrupt process it can be gradual. The most important thing is to recognise the things in life that don't help you positively and do something about it.In John chapter 15v2 even states the importance of pruning that 'any branch that does not bear good fruit he takes away'. It's a biblical principal. And it's natural to cut off the things that stunt and limit your growth ✨️ 💯✂️

So today cut whatever is toxic off. Your life will flourish in #2025

If you want to live an empowered life, you have to do the unpopular thing.

Those things can include:

✅️ doing things consistently
✅️ separating yourself from people who are holding you back from positively progressing in life (no matter how long you've known them)
✅️ saving instead of spending
✅️ instead of scrolling social media hours on end, investing time in reading 📚 books and developing your mind
✅️ having the to live your life true to who you are not follow what everyone else is doing.

These things are not popular
These don't involve entertainment or distractions
These things will set you apart, and in time, the unpopular things you have been doing will reap rewards

You may seem boring and unexciting to those who spend their time following the crowd, living life without vision and purpose, but i say it's better to live a meaningful life and be unpopular than live a popular unintentional life.

As we go into #2025 decide whether you will do the popular or unpopular things. It could be the make or break in your destiny.

One of the biggest lessons I've learned in #2024 is that it is okay not to be okay sometimes.

I've had to be strong 💪🏾 since the age of 13 when I was taken into care. I've had to rely on myself and deal with so many responsibilities. Even after I gave my life to Jesus, I still struggled in this area.

It is especially hard when people see all you have achieved and those great things are displayed publicly. When I tried to express and show vulnerability to certain people, it was shut down because 'how can someone like me who is a leader with many achievements not be okay?'.

Going back to therapy earlier this year helped me to understand that even the most well accomplished people struggle at times. It is not a sign of weakness. It is a sign of being human. All I needed to do was accept where I was in that moment and show myself

I want to encourage those of you who are not feeling okay to know it is OKAY. Show yourself grace. Talk to someone you trust who will let you be not okay and indulge in plenty of

Don't mind me... I am so in heels!

Funny story.... So today I popped into my local on my way to have a coffee break to check how my book Exceptional Not Expected is doing after it sold out on the last book run.

Anyway as I do anywhere I go (I've become quite good at it) I asked this lovely lady if she would take a picture of me with my

Long story short we got talking and I told her about my book, that I was an of 5 books and an and that I and people especially over 35 to live an empowered life. She seemed interested in what I had to say and ended up buying my book 🥰💯😊

Is it strange how things work out! A random passing visit, a photo from a lovely stranger, and an honest conversation led to someone new being introduced to my books❤️

Honestly, it was such a nice surprise and goes to show you never know where opportunities arise.

You have what it takes to make a positive life change, but do you believe it?

Sometimes, you can have everything you need to make a change or start, but if you in mind you don't believe it. Those changes will not happen.

Added into the mix of your lack of self-belief can be the voices of others who also don't believe you have what it takes. What should you believe?

I encourage you to believe you have what it takes to try. You may not believe you have what it takes just yet, but at least give that thing you've been thinking about doing for a long time a try. When you and see what you are doing in action 🎬 your self-belief and confidence will grow 💯❤️😘

13 years as founder of Daughter Arise and 6 years of being a business owner

I took myself to to celebrate all my

Glory to God, I have made it through one of the toughest years I've had mentally and emotionally for a very long time.

This is my once a year treat to take myself somewhere nice, and the did not disappoint. The food was lovely, excellent service from the staff and it is an absolutely beautiful hotel. Even the powder room was exquisite. You could live in it! 🤣

Got some really lovely pictures 📸 and some video clips. It was a lovely way to spend my morning 🌄 ☺️

Anyway, I'm back to work now. Who knows, one day, I might be able to spend a night here 😘💯✨️
