Be careful in buying dogs… . Make sure to ask days warranty with their signature, do some kennel visit before buying. Most important thing do not accept if thE vaccine is NOT done by a vet license. One of the informations they will give it to you when you are still inquiring… UPDATED VACCINES form Lisence Vet but as soon as you receive the puppy the vax card will be to follow and they will give it to you days after, to find out that the shot was done by a BREEDER or worst G PET SHOP. The papers will be process 2 months after. If you have a problem about the puppy they will automatically blocked you!
I bought a 2 month old puppy from them last July 8, 2023 July 9 the puppy had a seizure, vomiting, diarrhea and lethargic, they just said to me that the puppy is only adjusting to the house. So I demand to return back the puppy. Before that my sister also bought a puppy from them the day before I bought my puppy on July 7, 2023 July 9 the puppy showing symptoms already for Parvo virus his p**p is watery and lethargic and no appetite to eat. July 10 her dog vomited yellowish, that’s the day also they exchanged my puppy to a new one. I didn’t know that the puppy of my sister has Parvo virus because its our first time to have a dog. After 2days that his dog vomits my sister decided to take him already in the vet to be treated right away because her dog wasn’t in a good shape anymore (July 12) and tested positive for Canine Parvo Virus. So I decided to test my puppy as well kasi na prapraning narin ako but i think its to early nung pina test ko so it came out negative, after how many days on July 17 my puppy showing symptoms already like watery p**p but may appetite pa sya kumain July 18 he is lethargic and no appetite to eat. July 19 he vomited that’s why I rushed him to the vet and tested positive for Canine Parvo virus.
I thought my puppy can survive kasi di sya masyadong nagsusuka and nag pop**p and umiinom pa sya tubig kahit nka swero sya. But i was wrong nung tinanggal swero nya dun na sya namatay. June 23 7:52pm naghihingalo na dog ko kaya pina emergency ko sya sa vet dun na sya inoxygen and tinurokan nang mga gamot2 pra mka survive lng but he was unresponsive already kaya sabi nang vet 80/20 na syang chance na mabuhay at exactly 9:10pm namatay napo a*o ko.
How unprofessional of this pet shop to block me right away. How can I communicate with them and get the papers?
I have the right to ask fo refund and reinbursement or even my expenses from the vet hospital, lab tests, medications, etc… It was really hard to deal this kind of situation. I don’t even deserve this!
