Well - now that the house has been posted for sale I guess that means Jonna Mitton Photography is moving.

To my 2024 grads, I'm going to be posting for cap and gowns once I have the necessary pieces, and I'll be back in June of 2024 to shoot your senior sessions! I've already got a few bookings for them and won't be taking on more than half a dozen or so, so if you're interested please reach out and I'll fit you in if at all possible.

It's fitting that I'm posting this on Thanksgiving, as none of what I do would be possible without all of you, and I am so, so thankful for my clients. I appreciate you all. ❤️

I had this particular shot envisioned before we ever left Manitoba for the maritimes. We were down to our last 2 days and I still hadn't gotten to it.
Que me asking my daughter to model this dress and my sister to join me to see what we could find.

We set off in a general direction but still had no specific location in mind. Several U-turns and a few dead end roads later we find this spot.
These clay coloured banks and the ocean will always be dear to my heart and I'm so glad we were able to complete what was in my mind's eye.
