The Montana nights are 🤌🏻 I’m still alive out here in the mountains. We moved out here for camp ministry which is extremely busy through the summer season so I have not been in a place where I can also be taking time to be doing sessions, etc. But boy am I excited to start that here. Also excited to photograph some Mansfield clients when we visit this fall!!!!

Giving Tuesday 2022 | Blue Rose Mission

Today is the day! It's giving Tuesday! Earlier this month I posted a giveaway to my page asking YOU to share some of your favorite local non-profits. Blue Rose Mission was drawn as the winner to receive assets to help communicate about their organization in hopes of raising funds through Richland Gives! Check out this testimonial and story of hope! Blue Rose Mission was established in 2008. "Our work focuses on the Greater Mansfield, Ohio area. Mansfield is in a very blighted part of the rust belt and there are sections of the city where the poverty rate is above 35%. So often mission teams focus on large cities and the smaller or less known areas are bypassed. Blue Rose is working to alleviate that trend and toward that end has served more than 150 homeowners in this area that is so badly in need of help. Last season, more than 85 volunteers gave hope and respect to some of the least fortunate people in God’s Kingdom through Blue Rose Mission." I’ve got my helpers and we’re excited to draw a non-profit!

Yesterday was wild. I had a session in Clintonville and was going straight to my next session which was going to be super special. My brother-in-law had planned the sweetest surprise proposal (for his first love way back in high school 🥺). I got a huge hole in my tire, thankfully before I hopped on 71. A friend in Columbus came and picked me up and dropped me off at (a very packed) Mt Jeez and everything couldn’t have been more BEAUTIFUL!! So in the mean time my father-in-law went with Alex down to switch the tire on our car and bring it back to Mansfield. As we wrapped our session, the car wouldn’t start!! The sun was already down so we called my dad to come pick us up 😅 Dads to the rescue!!! 🦸‍♂️ I have so many perfect moments to share from this engagement so check back 😍😍

Trying to work on getting a preview of the pumpkin stand mini sessions I mentioned this weekend. These pumpkins were gifted to us, there will be MANY more the day of, and this is just set up in our backyard, not the location of the session.. and will have photos to share later but couldn’t resist sharing my daughter having her turn with her camera 🥰 . . . On Friday, October 7th, I will be offering mini sessions as a fundraiser for Dreams for Georgia. We will be harvesting all of the pumpkins from our garden and creating an adorable pumpkin stand because pumpkins are basically the fall cousin of a peach, right?! Sarah has some incredible projects underway and I am excited to support her in this way. 100% of your session fee will be donated directly to the non-profit. One of my favorite sessions from last year! I’ve already been asked a few times for snow sessions so I’m making a short list.
