Electric Sky Festival was a success! Closing out the stage the first night with the sun rising over the trees and the homies getting low on the dancefloor was a magical moment indeed!!!! Shout out to everyone involved including Pro Plus Production Discover Ness Creek Bass Couch Entertainment. This festival just keeps getting better and better every year! 💥🙏🏻💖💯

Bass in the Bush Music Festival last weekend was super cool!!! My heart was filled and my mind was blown. Saw some amazing sets real close up and got to perform a muddy 5am set. Thanks to the buddies that made sure to catch my set and thanks to all the friends I interacted and made connections with there. So so many beautiful people this weekend!!!! Really feel like we are lucky to have such a quality yet intimate fest right here in little ol Saskatchewan.

Thanks to everyone who came out Sunday night! It was my first real show in a little while and it honestly couldn't have gone any better!! So many good friends and good people and the vibes were absolutely perfect 🥰

Also huge shout out to Yard and Flagon for going above and beyond with hospitality and everything else. One of the best experiences I've had with a venue 💯 They definitely played a huge part in making the night a success.

In my 20s I was the DJ at so many wedding in so many small towns around Saskatchewan for so many different groups of people.

One I will never forget that was rather early on in my career; it was about 10 years ago and the wedding was on the bride's family acreage 3 hours out of town. The groom was from Ghana and prior to the wedding he supplied the company I worked for with three CDs full of Ghana dance music for me to mix up through-out the night. I was playing on a Numark CD-Mix at the time I believe. ANYWAY when I arrived at the acreage I realized I forgot my headphones 😫 CRAP! I wasn't sure what to do so I asked the owner of the property(bride's dad) if he had anything; even a pair of ear buds are better then nothing. He says he'll see what he's got and the guy comes back with a pristine pair of stereo headphones straight from the 70s and says thats the ONLY thing he could find. 😂😂

No exaggeration; these headphones were about 40 years old at the time, they were a super glossy off white color with brown leather, they were heavy, they had square ear peices, a metal headband, and a thick curly brown chord. Hands down some of the best headphones I've ever used to this day haha. The sound was insanely clear. 💯🎧

The wedding was amazing and the people there made me feel super welcome and part of their special day! The bride's Dad was the real star of the night for hooking me up with the headphones. Really wish I kept those CDs though haha. 💿💖

Sooooo very happy to FINALLY share the 3rd edition of Bad Girls with you guys! Thick beats to make your b***y shake and speakers quake! 🔊 🍑 Link in comments (Soundcloud, YouTube, Mixcloud)

This one is more progressive then the last two Bad Girls mixes as it contains lots of trippy beats, smooth dancehall tracks, and the usual hard hitting hip-hop that your ears are craving. It's a blend of favourite club tracks from the last couple years where I showcase some of my more tricky transitions and blends. Even though there are plenty of dark and gritty vibes throughout I tried my best to not take myself too seriously and just have fun with this one.
