Thanks a lot to everyone who could stop by and check our offers and enjoyed as much as they could during our presence at Cleveland VegFest.

We appreciate everyone's support and the for organizing this much desired event with great success.

Hope to see everyone at the next VegFest.

The pictures show only some of our delicious vegan dishes which are our popular stuffed grape leaves, cabbage rolls, stuffed mini sweet peppers and an eggplant dish that we made especially for the VegFest event.

For these and many other vegan dishes, you can find us at on Saturday, Jun 22nd, from 11 am to 5 pm in Cleveland downtown at Huntington Convention Center.

Hope you can come and check, as early as you can to make sure you can find all of your favorites.

Our vegan meatballs... ⁉️

Yes they are called meatballs just to describe them easily, but they do not contain any meat. Our recipe is 100% vegan. However, they will make you enjoy the taste of meatballs without eating meat.

We introduced them at the previous Cleveland VegFest in 2019 and our vegan friends loved them. We are bringing them back this Saturday. Hope you can get a chance to try and enjoy.

We make our baklava fresh for the farmers markets every week.. In general, we make it in two versions, with walnut and pistachio, and with traditional recipe that uses butter. We also make it with plant based oils / butter for vegan friends.

This weekend, we are adding a third flavor with cashews.

All three flavors will be available at Cleveland VegFest on Saturday that will be 100% vegan.

This weekend we are going to bring our Stuffed Mini Sweet Peppers to the farmers markets in Kent, Hudson, Cuyahoga Valley and Chagrin Falls.






We cannot make them as often as we wish, and as much as we wish. As a result of that, they cannot get the recognition and popularity they deserve.

Only some of our friends know their taste and they grab a box as soon as they see them, or even come to the market for them.

You may believe or not, but all of their great taste comes from a 100% vegan recipe.

Hope you can get a chance to try or enjoy them again this weekend. We will unfortunately have limited quantities per market.

Cold days have gone (hopefully)...
The summer is here...
The soup season is over...
But not for our Anatolian Bride soup yet.

Due to popular demand, it is coming to markets this weekend again for our friends who have been asking for it and for everyone else who may want to discover its taste.

You may be surprised to learn how simple ingredients like red lentils, rice, wheat and onion can generate such an addictive taste when they are cooked with olive oil and finalized with mild spices. We leave the option of enjoying it with or without crushed red peppers to you.

As you can tell, it is a perfect dish for vegan friends.

You may enjoy it as a soup, or you can dip your chips or pita bread, or you can serve it over rice or pasta as a sauce to create your own meals.
