Manolis Karazeris the guy behind the all mighty Up the Hammers Festival in the flesh.

UP THE HAMMERS FESTIVAL along with KIT in Germany are the longest standing and most important underground festivals dedicated in Heavy Metal Music.

Manos talked about how he first decided to make a trip in America to meet and watch a live show of Manilla Road and Skullview (or not) and the foundations behind the creation of UTH Festival as well as the importance of the festival on a greater scale.

Today we just learned the unfortunate news about the passing of Brad Raub, bassist of Eternal Champion. Brad was only 36 years old. gone too soon.

{NEW SESSION ALERT}

Our latest session is with the ethereal multi - instrumentalist Kathrine Shepard (aka, Sylvaine) from Norway on an old - stone church in ST. Kaisariani.

While Sylvaine was here for her first solo performance in Death Disco we coudn't resist in our creative urge and we literally brought her from the airport to this old stone church in Athens to record/film a stripped down version of her song Abeyance.

Trully a great honor and a wonderful overall experience working with such a talented muscian and a cool human being.

While on the crazy whirlwind adventure this cool thing happened.

We've been in the talks with Sylvaine for a year now so we can do this, so yeah that was so cool having her in our video session series.

Kathrine Shepard is the most down to earth cool artist we have ever came across.

Much love and respect for this crew, and the wonderful Mariza Kapsabeli for being the official photographer and videographer with us for this and as well as being an important part in the whole creative proccess on and off stage.

It's been ten days since this year's UP THE HAMMERS FESTIVAL and we're still vibing. Three days of total heavy metal mayhem in the capital of Greece, Athens.

One of the top highlights of the festival was for sure Quartz Rock Band (Official).

The legendery NWOBHM quartet from Birmingham, this year are celebrating their 50th year as a band. An iconic moment.

We're truly honored that we had the chance to meet these legends and film a segment with them on and off stage.

Our usal Xmas holiday session for this year happened to be with one project we're trying to film for a while now. The magestic Alkyone

Alkyone, is a singer, songwriter and a musician currently living in the mountains of northern Greece. If you are currently paying attention to the Greek Indie - Folk music scene, you know she's the real deal. So, yes! This is the ideal scenario for us, finish 2023 on such a cool way.

(Maria and Sakis) dropped by Επί Λέξει Βιβλιοπωλείο located in Athens, downtown and performed a stripped down, stunning version of their song "Exit Sign" taken from Alkyone's debut album with the same name.

We present you the second pilot of our new project which is on the works. It's about Heavy Metal music in America in the 80's.

We have a long - difficult and super bumpy road ahead, but we are positive we are gonna make it through. We are still in the proccess of funding this whole thing, but there's a lot new cool things on the way. Our plan is to be in the U.S. this summer to film a s**tload of cool stuff.

This time we had the privilage to interview Kenny Powell (Rapid Fire, Savage Grace, Omen USA) a legend in the American Underground Heavy Metal scene. Kenny is a dedicated legendary old timer and still to this day, he is touring the world with his band Omen. He was kind enough and took some time off and agreed to do the interview with us before Omen's show in Kyttaro Club (Athens, Greece)
