We’ve had a few busy weekends! Last weekend we had a customer who just wanted our 20x20 carport style tent because she had her own tables and chairs. We also had 2 table and chair rentals not pictured.

This weekend we celebrated our twins’ baptism in our backyard. We put our 20x20 carport style tent up, 4 five foot round tables with 32 chairs along with our white round table linens!

August 9-11, August 16-18, and August 23-25 , we don’t have any availability due to our family vacation.

Also from August 9-August 24 our hours will be shortened from 9-12 daily to answer emails ( [email protected]) and Facebook messenger messages. If you call, please leave a voicemail. We will be on a family vacation and not as readily available but will do our best to respond in a quick manner. Please give us 24 hours for a response. Any calls or emails outside the 9-12 window will be returned by the next day during those hours.

We had a busy weekend. A 20x20 tent rental with 8 tables,48 chairs, and string lights for the tent, a rental of 5 rounds and 48 chairs, and a rental of 10 tables,64 chairs, and 10 white table linens. The heat was pretty unbearable, but we will always get the job done. We do have availability for the rest of June and in July. So be sure to book as soon as you can. Thank you.

Good Morning! This past weekend we had a couple rentals. The first was a 20x20 tent, 6 round tables, 6 tables clothes,two coolers, and a set of speakers. The next was a 10x20 tent with 3 eight foot rectangular tables. Please keep us in mind for your future events. Graduation season is upon us. So please be sure to book your tents,tables,and chairs before we are all booked up! We have always used the first come first serve business model. Some companies may even cancel on you if a larger party comes up, but we never will. Also, in all our packages delivery is included in the pricing for up to 20 miles of Williamstown! Our 2024 rental season has officially begun!

We delivered 7 eight foot tables and 48 chairs in Williamstown.

Start getting your dates booked. We typically book about 1.5 to 2 months out during summer months.

We can’t wait to work with our previous clients again and all new clients!

Our tent season has officially come to a close for the 2023 season!! We will be offering tents again May 1, 2024!

We had a busy weekend!

We delivered our 10 x 20 pop up canopy tent, 4 eight foot rectangular tables, 32 chairs, and an additional 2 eight foot tables for a 1st/4th birthday party!

We delivered our 20 x 30 carport style tent, 6 eight foot tables and 48 chairs for a housewarming/ anniversary party!

We lastly delivered 3 five foot round tables, 24 chairs and a white cooler!

Graduation season is in full swing! We’ve had so many rentals for graduation parties and outdoor events!

Last weekend we had 3 rentals:

10 x 20 pop up canopy tent, 3 tables and 24 chairs

2 sets of 3 round tables and 24 chairs
1 of which rented table cloths also!

This weekend we had 3 rentals also (1 not pictured)

Our new 10 x 20 pop up canopy, 3 eight foot tables and 24 chairs

6 round tables and 48 chairs and white table linens

7 eight foot tables and 56 chairs (not pictured)
* thank you to our awesome customer who fixed our tire that was flat. We are forever grateful for them!

We are available in July except July 8th and July 29th- start inquiring now before they fill up too!

Our rental season has officially begun!! The first tents of the season were put up this weekend in Hammonton and Williamstown.

The first customer in Hammonton rented our 20x30 carport style tent, 6 five foot round tables and 48 chairs.

The second customer in Williamstown was having a more intimate gathering and rented our new 10 x 20 pop up tent, 3 eight foot rectangle tables and 24 chairs.

Start getting your rental requests in as soon as you can! We have the last week in June still available at this current time.

Hello all!

We had an exciting weekend with our first outdoor movie theater rental for a Sweet 16 party in Williamstown.

We supplied the screen, speakers, wires, projector, and dvd player. All you need to provide is the blu ray movie of your choice and any snacks you want to enjoy. Our customers set up blankets and had buckets of popcorn to enjoy while watching their movie.

Hello!

We have had a wonderful 2022 season so far. We aren’t quite done yet and we wanted to share a new tent we are now offering. The price of this tent is $100. It comfortably fits 3 eight foot tables and 24 chairs. It’s perfect for our customers with smaller yards.

Tent rentals will stop for the 2022 season on October 29th. They will be available again May 6th 2023.

Tables and chairs are available all year long. They can be rented for Thanksgiving parties and Christmas gatherings.

Hi all! We are in the Halloween spirit at our house and decided to have ourselves a movie night with our outdoor movie theater. We are watching Hocus Pocus because it’s my favorite Halloween Movie but you can watch any movie of your choice.

The outdoor movie theater consists of the projector, screen, DVD player, speakers and everything else you need for a fun movie night. Ryan will sit there during your movie to ensure everything works properly. All you need to supply is the movie!

This package is $275 plus tax.

What a beautiful weekend for rentals!

We supplied a 20 x 30 carport style tent, 6 eight foot rectangle tables with 48 chairs as well as 2 additional eight foot tables in Sicklerville.

Another busy weekend in the books!

We are so grateful for all of our customers. We are completely booked for tents, tables and chairs in June.

If you’re having an event in July we are completely booked for tents but do still have tables and chairs availability.

August is wide open- so if you’re having an event in August start getting your rental dates secured.

This was the first weekend of our 20 x 30 tent out for the 2022 season! This rental was the 20 x 30
Tent, 7 round tables, 56 chairs, and 3 eight foot tables.

We also had a rental of 24 chairs and 3 eight foot tables!

Hello everyone! It’s been a little while since we posted pictures. We’ve been very busy at B-Royalty Party Rental LLC.

This past weekend we had three different rentals:

1. 56 chairs and 7 five foot round tables delivered to Newfield for a baby shower!

2. 20 x 20 carport style tent, 5 eight foot tables and 40 chairs delivered to Glassboro for a college graduation

3. 7 eight foot tables, 56 chairs, speakers and microphones delivered to Collingswood for a Bridal shower

*** get your requests in now- June is completely booked for tents , tables and chairs.

July we have tables and chairs available only as all our tents are booked.
