We are back in full summer portrait season! Families, senior pictures, engagement portraits...I love it all! Thanks for having me Luu's! xoxo

I still have some spots over the summer available. Send me a text or dm for pricing. The cost of everything else has gone up, but I have not raised my prices in the last 3 years. It's not easy, but photos are important, and I don't want my families to miss out. I have spots in Iowa open this summer, and will look at photographing in Idaho in September/October again.

If you are looking for a photo session that is creative, unique or captures you and your people beautifully and as you are, I just might be your gal. Everyone tells me they love the candids that I take, but in truth, they are mostly still directed. During your session, you can expect to interact with your family naturally, and receive direction to help capture your family's most memorable moments. What we do is capture images that are timeless and tailored to you. I will talk with you to understand the style you are looking for, but most of my clients just let me do my "magic." Each session really is tailored to each client.

There is so much joy in being a family's photographer and watching them grow through the years. Sometimes, maybe, just maybe...some people are too special for this place, so we have to say goodbye sooner than we would like. There are no words...

Not true, there are just so many, I am not sure where to begin. I am forever grateful for the years Shannon and her family invited me to photograph them. Bode was always so sweet and ready to be photographed. Bode was also the name of my favorite teddy bear growing up, and I liked that I got to share that with him every single time I took his photograph. Shannon, Tim, and all of the family, I am holding space for you, and love you all so much.

The coolest thing about photographing this wedding is that I know the families. Over the last 5 years, I have learned what it means to be a Franklin; steadfast, loyal, tender hearted and fun. I couldn't be happier to see my sister-in-law, Jenna, find these same qualities in her life partner, Spencer (and his family).
