喆學家音樂文化是教育音樂與推廣音樂文化的機構，目前指導高屏之大專院校與國高中音樂性社團共有18間學校，加上特約與合作校園共約30校。雖然校園之間的聯合成發及相關音樂表演非常頻繁，但往往礙於學校經費問題與學生舉辦活動經驗不足等，讓活動的品質與完整度不佳，也無法有效延續活動。所以今年以喆學家做為一個平台來主辦一個聯合音樂活動，共有20間學校吉他社共同響應協辦，共同邀約台南、高雄、屏東所有大專院校及高中職一起共襄盛舉。
