We are a business with heart— a small, family owned and operated affair. All of us are passionate about art and handcrafted goods. Elena Markova, the matriarch of our family, is a famous artist with over 20 exhibitions under her belt. She is a recent transplant from Moscow, Russia, and paints deeply spiritual, magical paintings. Trifon Markov, an up-and-coming young artist and graduate of an art s
chool in Moscow, is currently working on a series of paintings titled "Whimsical Musicians". Trifon and his younger brother Vasily, are professional jewelers, specializing in enameling, a unique technique for layering glass on metal.

This painting was inspired by a fragment of a medieval tapestry that I encountered in one of the museums. The intricate details and rich history of the tapestry captivated me, sparking my imagination and creativity. I decided to adapt this historical piece into a new contemporary interpretation, blending the ancient artistry with modern techniques and themes. By reimagining the tapestry's motifs and patterns, I aimed to create a piece that pays homage to the past while resonating with today's audience. The process involved not only a deep appreciation for medieval art but also a commitment to exploring how historical influences can be woven into contemporary artistic expression. This fusion of old and new seeks to evoke a sense of timeless beauty and continuity, bridging the gap between different eras of artistic endeavor.

Impressionistic paintings of blooming trees are celebrated for their ability to evoke the transient beauty of nature. Through the use of light, color, and dynamic brushwork, these paintings offer viewers a glimpse into a world where every moment is captured in its most luminous and ephemeral form.
Drawn from the tapestry of medieval lore, where spring's gentle touch awakens, and bunnies frolic in fields of whimsy. Here, I meld diverse styles and techniques, crafting an eclectic canvas that dances with the spirit of both past and present.

The majestic longhorn cows stand as silent sentinels amidst a tranquil landscape. Their serene demeanor and wise gazes evoke a sense of reverence and awe. Each detail of their noble features speaks of a quiet strength and profound wisdom, as if they hold the secrets of the earth within their gentle souls.
Surrounding the longhorns, trees laden with ripe fruits add a touch of vibrancy and abundance to the scene. The bountiful harvest symbolizes readiness and fulfillment, hinting at the cycle of life and the promise of sustenance and growth.
