Our Pesto Sauce
We only use Pure Pine Nuts
We use hand picked Basil leaves from a supplier who cultivates specific variety of Genovese Basil.
We add two kind of Italian cheese, Pecorino Romano and Parmigiano Reggiano
and of course Garlic, Sea salt and Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Our Pesto Sauce is bright green and rich and this last for a long time because its made the traditional way using mortar and pestle per batch.
As other Pesto sauce done by a food processor hence it can easily be rancid and taste bitter.
And using Genovese Basil leaves makes the flavor much better. Not just like other Pesto made from local Basil that has a slight minty or sharp taste of the Asian variety.
