In Season This August 🍅🌿🌽
As July draws to a close, we’re leaning into the richness of the late summer harvest, and every ingredient on our SS25 menu reflects what’s at its peak here in the UK.
Heritage tomatoes, sweetcorn, peas, fennel, beetroot, rosemary, summer squash, and British beef are all in season now, and all starring in dishes crafted to celebrate this moment.🍽️
From our heritage tomato tart with hazelnut and preserved wild garlic, to the pea and shisho kataifi tartlet with fresh peas🫛, the summer squash with hazelnut dukkah and La Latteria stracciatella, and the sweetcorn tapioca crisp with charred corn, chilli, corn purée, and vegan herb emulsion - every plate is a tribute to vibrant British produce and thoughtful summer cooking.
