⚡️Lighting up Milan with innovation⚡️
This October, we had the honor of catering a cutting-edge, all-vegan electric banquet 🌱 for a Lynk & Co event, in collaboration with the incredible Jack Morton team.
London-based, but traveling worldwide to deliver innovative and creative catering experiences. From bespoke menus to bringing briefs to life, we’re all about pushing boundaries.
It was an unforgettable experience to be part of.✨
Check out the menu highlights:
Amuse Bouche: ‘The Pearl’ – Vegan cheese pearl, oyster leaf oil, tomato tea, served in an oyster shell.🦪
Starter: Heritage beetroot carpaccio, pickled and roast rainbow beets, green apple gel, beetroot yoghurt. 🌈
Main: ‘Vegan Gourmet Pack Lunch’ – Vegan brioche, potted wild mushroom, torn lion’s mane and chive emulsion. Served with olive oil crisps, candied carrot tartare, summer truffle parfait.🧺
Dessert: ‘Dessert in the Clouds’ – Cloud-shaped cake pop with lemon curd, almond sponge, basil mousse, and candied lemon.☁️
