This October, we had the honor of catering a cutting-edge, all-vegan electric banquet 🌱 for a Lynk & Co event, in collaboration with the incredible Jack Morton team.

London-based, but traveling worldwide to deliver innovative and creative catering experiences. From bespoke menus to bringing briefs to life, we’re all about pushing boundaries.

It was an unforgettable experience to be part of.✨

Amuse Bouche: ‘The Pearl’ – Vegan cheese pearl, oyster leaf oil, tomato tea, served in an oyster shell.🦪

Starter: Heritage beetroot carpaccio, pickled and roast rainbow beets, green apple gel, beetroot yoghurt. 🌈

Main: ‘Vegan Gourmet Pack Lunch’ – Vegan brioche, potted wild mushroom, torn lion’s mane and chive emulsion. Served with olive oil crisps, candied carrot tartare, summer truffle parfait.🧺

Step into a delightfully dark dreamscape as we reminisce about last week’s extraordinary launch of The World of Tim Burton at the Design Museum. A night where imagination met culinary artistry, and every corner held a spellbinding surprise... 🦇✨

Our enchanted evening came alive through mesmerising production, haunting lighting and otherworldly floristry, whilst we conjured up an array of bewitching delicacies:

Blood Orange Margaritas (alcohol-free, for clear minds to savour Burton’s genius)

What an honour and privilege it was to support the Sky Arts Awards at the iconic Roundhouse last month! As self-proclaimed creative caterers, a brief that celebrates arts and creativity brings our team pure joy.

The inaugural Sky Arts Awards, hosted by Joe Lycett, showcased the very best of British and Irish arts and culture. Our chefs rose to the occasion, crafting a menu that was itself a work of art.

Some of our favourites included...

JFC (Japanese Fried Chicken):
Crispy fried chicken with chilli crisp, miso emulsion, and furikake, served on vinyl records with custom Sky Arts stickers.

'Pumpkin Spice Arancini':
Vegan arancini presented in multi-coloured pencil boxes

Summer Squash 99: A playful twist on the classic 99 ice cream, served in colourful "paint pots".

Bangin' Beets:
A starter of smoked and roasted beetroot, golden beetroot gel, seeded tuile, black garlic puree, pickled apple, and candied seeds all served on an actual canvas, with beetroot leaf oil in a paint pot for guests to add their artistic touch.

The evening was graced by performances from The Darkness, TikTok sensation Ren, and poet Lemn Sissay. A never-before-seen rock collaboration between AC/DC's Brian Johnson and guitarist Slash left the audience in awe.

As caterers who pride ourselves on creativity, we absolutely loved being let loose with such a creative brief. It was a true privilege to contribute our culinary artistry to this celebration of the arts, approaching each dish as a canvas to create flavours and presentations that would surprise, delight, and inspire.

These little pink pretenders may look like sweet afternoon treats, but they're hiding a deliciously sophisticated secret: these are beetroot macarons cradling creamy goats cheese, with fresh thyme and cider vinegar-soaked beetroot.

🇨🇭 A night to remember at the Swiss Embassy's "Soirée Suisse"!

An absolute delight to partner with to create a magical "Forest" themed evening for 500 distinguished guests, including His Excellency the Swiss Ambassador.

Our menu celebrated the best of both worlds - legendary Swiss cheese from the 22-million-year-old Kaltbach Cave alongside London's finest local ingredients:

🧀 ricotta from Acton
🐟 hot-smoked salmon from Wimbledon
🍯London honey from Bermondsey
🌱Home-grown yarrow from our Battersea garden

From our Forest Floor Parfait to the whimsical Edible Forest desserts, every dish told a story served on moss and twig-dressed wooden trays.

Big shout out to for the stunning event design and for the spectacular blooms.

Our Autumn/Winter menus are available across a whole host of venues across London and beyond. Inspired by the seasons, we've got a range of options to satisfy discerning palettes whilst using local, artisanal suppliers and seasonal produce.

Take 'The ex dairy cow'.

Ex dairy beef fillet alongside earthy Jerusalem artichoke, braised cheek and Bermondsey Hard Press gratin, Cornish Seaweed Company and anchovy butter cabbage roll, jus and herb oil. Making use of the finest suppliers within a 10 mile radius of our Battersea HQ.

We love to experiment with food, and that includes embracing cutting edge technology - not just to cook and present but also to help us avoid waste and the transportation of ingredients.

So for a while now we’ve been growing all our own micro-herbs at our HQ in Battersea, or in Garton’s Garden as we call it (because of our address) using an innovative EvoGro cabinet. This uses advanced horticultural LED lighting to create optimal conditions for growth all year round, with perfectly consistent results every time, ensuring every crop is full of flavour.

No herbicides or pesticides are used, we only grow what we need so there is zero waste, and being on-site, there are no food miles involved – a truly innovative and sustainable system which provides us with the herbs and salads in our dishes.

We think the cabinet itself is also a thing of beauty to look at, and the lighting adds another element to the ambience of our tasting room. Better still, when we’re hosting tastings we’ve been able to have chefs cutting and picking herbs in front of guests and adding them as the finishing touch to the dish in front of them - you can’t get any fresher than that, from soil to plate in seconds!

Our team curated a special menu for the occasion, blending local flavours with a dessert that acted as a playful nod to the crypto world:

Canapés:
🥗 'Beet and apple tartare': Pickled golden beetroot and apple, house croustade, marigold, Minus 8 apple cider vinegar
🍅 'The 10-mile tomato tree': Stuffed cherry tomato, stracciatella, wild garlic pesto
🦀 'Crab cigar': Curried coriander crab, feuille de bric cigar, pickled apple, mango gel, coriander cress
🐟 'Hackney Gin cured salmon': East London Liquor gin cured salmon, blood orange pearls, lemon gel
🥩 'Big Mac tartare': Aged beef tartare, 'Big Mac' sauce, pickles, confit egg yolk, toasted brioche croute

🏛️ Venue: Kin chose the magnificent Christ Church Spitalfields - a baroque masterpiece where we're honored to be a listed preferred caterer.

✨ Ambiance: Chandeliers, clerestory windows, and Tuscan columns, beautifully illuminated by Oxygen Events Ltd to elevate the existing backdrop.

🍽 Food - we were delighted to be chosen by Kin and pulled out all the stops for a delicious culinary experience!

🦀 'Crab Sandwich': Brioche roll, fresh white crab, crème fraîche, chives, pickled apple and piel de sapo melon - a flavour sensation!

Congratulations to H&A!

Our team had the pleasure of crafting a menu that perfectly complemented this couple’s special day in the stunning Orangery at Kensington Palace.

Working with we served up a sophisticated array of canapés, followed by

🐟Tuna tartare, blacked tomatillo salsa Verde, fresh pickled jalapenos, heritage shaved radish, fried leeks, crispy blue corn tostada, avocado puree to start.

🥩 Dry aged beef fillet, sweet potato terrine, chargrilled spring onions, coriander emulsion, jus gras, nasturtium for mains

The pinnacle of the culinary journey?

A stunning croquembouche adorned with fresh seasonal berries, dulce de leche, and pistachio crema.

Watching guests’ eyes light up as we presented this towering masterpiece was truly magical! 🍓
