I tried practicing my pole dancing today but all I wanted was to dance from my heart ❤️
…so much suffering happening right now 😞
Dancing has always helped me move through my trauma and get out the stagnant negative energy left in my body.
It’s also a direct connection to source energy- so today while I danced, I also prayed and sent all my love to the people Gaza. They need anything they can get atm.
All we can do is keep staying positive & holding that light. If we do drop it that’s okay too. Take your time and find your way back up. Find your tribe. Move. Dance. Sing. Pray. Shout to the rooftops. Send emails. If we all do our small part we will create change 🩵🖤🫶🏻🖤🩵
