I designed this bow cutout with so much passion and it was supposed to be hung on the welcome doorway stand. But due to bad weather a lot of our outdoor decor did not make it to the finals. We moved all the set up inside a marquee 😢😭

Event planners:

Did you know that over 40% of my finishing touches and decor are not planned in advance, but are improvised on the spot during setup? Being flexible and adaptable to the location and its display angles allows me to let my creativity flow with what is available on the day.

I quickly learned that this isn't a one-size-fits-all situation. Don't be stubborn; go with the flow.

That's why you’ll notice that none of my works have the same look, even if they share the same theme.

If you have noticed, I spray painted spaghetti bolognaise pasta sauce jars into Encanto themed flower vases 🫣🤣🤭 because it was impossible to buy/ source such vivid colourful colours of vases I needed to match the theme. So, I hand painted everything:)

It was a lot of hardwork but, I thoroughly enjoyed the process even though I wasn't so well. ( just recovered from a bad covid at the time whilst being 7 months pregnant 🤭)

Anais and us through the years: looking back at these pictures, I can't believe how far we've come since her first unicorn party last year.

The Encanto theme was a big hit with the youngsters (2022), and at the time (1 May 22) there weren't many Encanto-themed parties in the UK yet. I was super proud to be one of the first. But, later I thoroughly enjoyed seeing all the event planners Encanto variations which totall blew my mind away with their creativity for this theme.

P.S. There's a huge story behind this setup that I might not share because it's too embarrassing. 🤭🤣🫣 The most important part is that we did a smashing job in the end

This was a big project and me being so new to it I can't believe I actually executed it exactly as per my client's instructions 😅.. she wanted a Bell tent with low seatings and low table so the kids can do their arts and crafts. Pastel balloons on the tent.

A lot has improved since then, but this bell tent decor is still one of my favourites.

P.s. Next I'll share Anais's 7th. Omg what a big move from our Unicorn party set up 🤭. Year on year, I wanted to improve and sharpen my skills to next level. I'm competitive, but I swear I compete with my own previous work. For an example, I say to myself next party will be better than this one. And that's my secret.

One of our first big setups in 2021 had us both nervous and excited. I was so grateful for the opportunity and couldn’t believe my luck. I had only been operating for about 18 to 20 months and didn’t even have tables and chairs. I had to quickly buy and assemble them from IKEA right in front of my client. Despite how embarrassing it might have seemed, my excitement overshadowed everything. I didn’t realise then that I needed to project a more polished image for my company. What kept me going with clients over the years was my genuine self—no pretense. I didn’t even have a professional shirt with a logo. We just walked in, grateful to be there, and that authenticity has been key to our success.

This was our first party set up for our loyal client whom we have the pleasure of returning every single year since 2021. Anais was celebrating her 6th birthday that day and she loved unicorns. She's 9 now and she loves intellectual themes such as Murder Mystery. Safe to say we all evolved and grown in our own respective ways :)

To be able to match the pillows to the theme has always been a challenge but a little obsession of mine too. If I have a theme and there's a sleepover then I have to find pillowcases that can match my theme otherwise what's the point of advertising as a premium ultimate luxury sleepover party ? 🤷‍♀️ 🤭🤣

P.s, I'm the proud owner of hundreds of pillowcases for any theme you name it 🤣🤭 please buy them off me. I have no unit space for them any longer.

, can we take a moment to appreciate Ezra, the 14-year-old who crafted all our bespoke personalised beauties? She worked incredibly hard to deliver exactly what I envisioned.

Those who have collaborated with me on bespoke projects in the past know how meticulous I am with designs. I often drive people crazy with my constant revisions until everything meets my standards. 🤣🤭 That's the only time I come across as bossy. Sorry about that—I'm usually much more easygoing and lovely under normal circumstances!

The most lavish sleepover of 2024, Yes I'm saying this about my own work 🤭🤣🙌🤗😉 if you find a better one tag me and I'll edit this caption.

Jokes aside I was so nervous for this theme, because I wasn't sure if I can live upto expectations of this incredible 1680s century house. I thought my hardwork will be lost in translation. I won't be able to match the incredible vintage royalty interior of this room. But, luckily hardwork paid off and the room and our setup just complimented each other so beautifully.
