We are now accepting applications for the next cohorts of COOK Academy, a dynamic education program for home-based culinary micro-entrepreneurs. This eight-week online program offers a $3,000 grant to help kickstart or expand MEHKO (Micro-Enterprise Home Kitchen Operation) businesses and provides essential skills to run them successfully.

Topics covered include:

✅ MEHKO regulations
✅ Standard operating procedures
✅ Personal vs. business finances
✅ Menu pricing
✅ Brand management
✅ Social media and marketing
✅ And more!

Classes are virtual and can be watched at your own pace, with live orientation and graduation over Zoom. Graduates receive a $3,000 grant and three units of college credit.

The next cohort starts in September! Apply by the early deadline, Wednesday, July 31st at 11:59 PM PST, for first priority.
