When I first learned to mix Tejano, it was inspired by the one and only Joe Robert Garcia aka Musical Image from Denver Harbor, Texas! Salute to the homie and thank you!

When it comes to catching and holding a beat? My boy Lejarza Raul Jr. puro pi**he MOD, now The Beat:Club 2 Go! My boy could hold a beat and work the fader on 12’s like no other. He was hard on me like I was to others that I’ve taught/mentored.

You don’t get better by hearing what you want to hear. You get better by hearing what you need to hear.
