I once read that Martha Stewart always adds a special detail to the bouquets she creates. I always loved that and thought it was so thoughtful. Creating bridal bouquets is one of my favorite part of the floral design process, and I always think about the bride, her personality, how she will feel when she holds it—and I always try to incorporate something special specifically for the bride.
Trust me, the bridal bouquet is a GREAT place to add some some special (yet subtle) detail on your wedding day!
A couple details I ❤️ to add to bouquets are:
1️⃣ Monogramed ribbons with the wedding date and new monogram (like in this gorgeous photo by )
2️⃣ Dipped Silk ribbon
3️⃣ Antique brooches
4️⃣ A piece of lace from mom’s dress
5️⃣ Macrame with hanging fringe
6️⃣ Daddy’s Hankie
7️⃣Charms with pictures of loved ones
8️⃣Vintage Velvet Ribbons
