Spending a few days in Palm Springs with a few great gals, soaking up the sun and relaxing before all the crazy of wedding season really hits. Been pondering how to ensure work-life balance this year and being present in my body. I think it’s all about setting a good daily and weekly rhythm, which I have never been very good at. We will start with a regular bedtime and waketime. See how that goes 😆
