We were honored to be represented along with the other caterers for the Abilene & Smokey Valley Railroad Dinner Trains in Kansas! magazine. Meta and Barry West shared two recipes used for the heritage series: The Katy. The pictures look wonderful. When we served this menu last summer, we had Melody, from Whereever I May Roam Blog on board. She gave us an awesome review. The heritage series will start up again this summer. Check out the web site for dates and menus. Thank you for your support. And yes, they spelled my name wrong on form.
