Payment Terms
To book a place on a course, please telephone or book online via facebook, www.facebook.com/inspirationevents.co.uk
Places are booked on first come first serve basis upon receipt of payment. We accept payment by paypal or by debit card. Upon booking you will receive a payment confirmation by email. Confirmed bookings may not be cancelled in a
ny circumstances. Bookings are, however, freely transferable to another person for the same class so you are welcome to send someone else in your place. Please notify us of any change in contact details provided as these will be used by Inspiration Events for all correspondence. Occasionally we may have to cancel or postpone a class due to unavoidable circumstances or if a class is under-subscribed. In such a case we will notify all confirmed attendees as soon as possible and offer full refunds. We are not able to adapt the course content to suit particular dietary tastes, intolerances or allergies. We are unable to guarantee a completely nut-free environment. We reserve the right to substitute ingredients on courses when necessary. Safety & Well being
The well being of our customers and staff is very important to us. We provide a safety briefing at the start of each course. You are required to follow these guidelines in order to help us create a safe working environment for yourself and others. If you have a medical condition that may affect your ability to take part or follow instructions, please let us know before the course date. You are required to follow the operating instructions provided by our tutors for all equipment used. Video and Photography
Please note that we do not allow participants to take videos during the classes as this can detract others from enjoyment of the course. You are welcome to photograph your own work. Refund Policy
Confirmed bookings may not be cancelled in any circumstances. In the event of cancellations and no-shows where we will be left with an unfilled course space, no refunds or alternative course dates will be given under any circumstances. Late comers may join the class at the point at which they arrive, however we are unable to repeat content missed or restructure the rest of the class as result of your lateness. If you miss a class owing to any of the above, our usual cancellation policy will apply. If you need to depart from a course early, no refunds will be given in full or in part under any circumstances. Cancellation by us
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will refund any payment you have made to us within 30 days of your order. Notices
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to us by email to [email protected]. All notices from us to you will be displayed on our face book page from time to time. We reserve the right to remove and add new courses to and from our schedule without prior warning. It is your responsibility to provide the correct contact information when registering for a course. If we are unable to contact you we cannot be held responsible for missed or cancelled courses and no refunds or alternative dates will be given. On booking a course you will be sent a confirmation email with the information relating to your course. It is your responsibility to check your junk or spam folders in the event that our mail is filtered. If you do not receive a confirmation email, you agree to advise us of this and it will be reissued. Any courses booked over the telephone or email are also all subject to the above terms and conditions. Course finish times are approximate and can vary depending on the overall ability of the group

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.
