🙏🏽It’s that time of year, to pause, reflect, and celebrate the journey that was 2024.
As I sat here, the night before our last big event of the year, I was encouraged to reflect on all the incredible moments, challenges, and triumphs we’ve experienced.
If I had to sum up 2024 in one word, it would be expansion—expanding our reach, our vision, and even the team.
This year brought unforgettable milestones, like receiving a call from the Office of the President (grateful) and working with a major international client from India for the ICC World Cup.
Through it all, what keeps me going is my team and their unwavering dedication. Thinking about where we started and how far we’ve come fills my heart with gratitude and pride. They’ve been the backbone of this year’s success, and I couldn’t have done it without them.

An event timeline is your guide to how your event will flow, by the minute, on event day, from set up to break down. So how exactly does the event timeline work? How do you do it?
1️⃣ Go through everything that needs to happen on the day of the event and assign the time when it needs to happen and how long it will take. It will help to walk through the day as things are supposed to happen.
2️⃣ Arrange everything in chronological order so that it flows. (There are things you will remember along the way that you may have to put in the right place).
3️⃣ The main benefit is having a bird's eye view of how your day flows, should you need to make any ""sudden changes""
4️⃣ Once prepared: - Share it with everyone it concerns or has a role to play on the day (vendors, MC etc)
5️⃣ Appoint someone (if you do not have a coordinator) to manage it. If things are running off schedule or there needs to be a programme change, this person will have sight of everything and be able to guide the rest of the team accordingly.
