What a beautiful weekend for an outdoor wedding! The Grassy Cow Catering had the privilege of providing the reception meal and appetizers on June 22nd in Philomath, OR. Paella (along with vegetarian and pescatarian), artichokes with saffron almonds and arugula salad with fresh vinaigrette. All cooked on site!! 😲. We are proud to offer the people of the Southern Willamette Valley locally grown, clean and flavorful foods, centered on the Paleo and Keto friendly food style. This means we avoid cooking with ingredients containing gluten, processed sugars, or heavy starches. The Grassy Cow is also flexible enough to accommodate your dietary needs, or specific food style requests.

Because we believe in supporting local farmers and businesses, our menus are seasonally based, and use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.

Our coverage radius is from Eugene, North to Salem, East to Sisters, South to Roseburg and West to Florence.
