Some people appreciate continuous conferences for their jam-packed schedules. Others prefer shorter bursts of activity. What type of break structure do you prefer during events?
a. Longer, fewer breaks (e.g., 1-2 breaks of 30+ minutes)
b. Shorter, frequent breaks (e.g., 3-4 breaks of 15 minutes)
c. One lunch break and no other pauses
d. Continuous sessions with optional stepping with the possibility to end early
