Many of our clients ask us to sign NDAs in order to keep their events private and we happily oblige.

However this does mean that social media posts can be a bit tricky so we have turned to AI.

Recently we worked on a private party for a local family which included celebrity performers, amazing décor, mouth-watering street food and a cocktail bar. We can assure you, it did not look like this.

We have also been doing some freelance work building registration sites and supporting delegate queries for some large-scale international events. We can assure that none of our team look like this either.

AI has some amazing uses. In other areas, it needs some work. This is the latter.

Anyone who has been on a video call with us will probably have met Coco, our little old lady cat.

Sadly we had to say goodbye to Coco in December and the office hasn't been the same since. Whilst anyone who has ever had a pet knows that they can never be replaced, we welcomed 6 month old kittens Miriam and Keith into the office a few weeks ago.

They're the perfect combination of chaos and cuddles. Miriam has taken a shine to walking across the laptop and whilst she's not managed to cut anyone off a call yet, it's probably only a matter of time. Apologies to all of our clients in advance!

Oh reader, it had gone wrong!

This is one of our favourite quotes from a client. It was in the middle of an event and our client found us and uttered these words.

Our response was "If you think nothing has gone wrong, I've done my job".

Events can be stressful and little things can (and will) go wrong. But if you've got a calm head and an experienced event team onsite, you don't need to worry about it. You can just take the credit for it all going to plan!
