We have been waiting for this day for so long and cannot believe this day is here...With great excitement, Michael and I would like to announce we are expecting!! It will be double trouble in the Martinez Residence...as we are expecting not one but ✌🏼!!! With this incredible news, we wanted to share our journey on how we got here. We have been trying to start a family for almost 4 years and almost 2 years of that we have been going through IVF. We know our announcement can be painful to those still struggling with infertility and we want you to know there’s hope and we are here for you. You do not have to suffer alone. We know the sting when you see yet another baby announcement and you’re just patiently waiting for your turn. Your turn will come...have patience...have faith...and you will have a family in some way. Grateful cannot even begin to describe how we feel and that we are so fortunate to be in the position we are in. It was an amazing, cathartic, and soul searching journey that I will forever be thankful for. A dire situation that ultimately brought my husband and I closer together! To go inward and find my peace with what we have been presented with was everything I needed that I never know I needed! To learn patience, the ability to let go of control, and to walk in complete faith of our creator. Every doctor’s appointment, every test, every win, every disappointment, every tear, every shot, every bruise, every pound gained, every one of these things were worth getting for that last phone call...”congratulations guys...you’re pregnant!!” Thank you to those that have been on this journey with us!
