It is important to keep family traditions, and one way is through food. As a mother I want my children to continue our traditions but in a healthy way. All of our products are all natural with fresh made ingredients. There is absolutely no msg in any of our products. I only use pink Himalayan sea salt and fresh herbs and spices to flavor the foods. The eggs for the fresh made mayo-ketchup are cage

free organic. I started this journey while facing some harsh realities. When you have family members who become ill and you know it is do to consumption of products because they keep the cultural tradition, and while reading labels you see msg as the first ingredient and sodium in exorbitant amounts or the amounts of sugars in these products contain. We wanted to make the same delicious foods but with natural ingredients and no preservatives. Please join me in keeping our family traditions without all of the additives.

You can find the truck here today with all of your favorites empanadas and some bonus flavors. Follow the signs that say vendor by the airport. You can always get your PR food fix at the restaurant 15 main st, eatontown nj.
Ask about the Sunday specials when you’re there. Sorry to anyone who tried to order online last night. Our POS (in both ways) was not letting orders in last night.

Happy Friday. We feel so bad about our local Popeyes and are thankful that no one got hurt. We now have tres leches cake available for dessert. With the holiday we had a supplier issue in receiving our beef so all food options with beef will not be available(beef stew, bistec encebollado or sancocho). So sorry, This will all be resolved by tomorrow. Our bakery did not have our bread supply ready, so no sandwiches 😕. We will have our full menu tomorrow. We have our empanadas, pernil, pork chops, chicken stew, our rices and of course our mofongos xoxo Yas

Today’s soup is chicken and rice. We need some heat to defrost from this cold. All of our food is fresh made daily and never reheated. We do not use the “typical” seasonings that other do, no msg or little orange food packets. We only use fresh ingredients and annato oil (achiote) for color. Good morning everyone. Thank you everyone for the support from the local communitythat came to support us yesterday. Unfortunately our system had many glitches which caused some setbacks and we apologize. The system has been fixed, but at this moment due to the amount of people that we know have called in advance to come this evening. We will be limiting takeout to in person orders only.
