A Taste Of The Islands Straight From New Jersey I started this company with one thing in mind, family traditions!

It is important to keep family traditions, and one way is through food. As a mother I want my children to continue our traditions but in a healthy way. All of our products are all natural with fresh made ingredients. There is absolutely no msg in any of our products. I only use pink Himalayan sea salt and fresh herbs and spices to flavor the foods. The eggs for the fresh made mayo-ketchup are cage

free organic. I started this journey while facing some harsh realities. When you have family members who become ill and you know it is do to consumption of products because they keep the cultural tradition, and while reading labels you see msg as the first ingredient and sodium in exorbitant amounts or the amounts of sugars in these products contain. We wanted to make the same delicious foods but with natural ingredients and no preservatives. Please join me in keeping our family traditions without all of the additives.

Happy Friday, I know I am so awful at posting online and I really need to get better at it. So we have four dozen pastels available right now left over from an order that was just made so first come first serve. Will be open tonight, Friday from 12 till nine will be closed tomorrow for a private party (yes you can have Simply suffer to all to yourself with all your closest friends and family) We’ll also be open again on Sunday from 12 to 6. The food truck will be at Wynwood Beach Park in Brick on Saturday from 8:30 to 1:30 and we will be having our coconut curry potato on hand this weekend as well as apple cinnamon and ham and cheese as your bonus flavors. Why I spent all that money at the beach for a slice of pizza when you can come on through and get your Puerto Rican food fix XOXO

Sorry to be posting this out so late with all the end-of-the-year activities with the children and Catering I never realize how close it was to Father’s Day. As we need to celebrate our dad‘s, we have a customized menu please call and make your reservations. We will be open from 12 to 6 but we will have seatings at 12 o’clock 2 o’clock and 4 o’clock. The number is on the bottom of the menu and we look forward to seeing you on Sunday. Remember, we’re also open Thursday Friday and Saturday XOXO Yas
