A Taste Of The Islands Straight From New Jersey I started this company with one thing in mind, family traditions!

It is important to keep family traditions, and one way is through food. As a mother I want my children to continue our traditions but in a healthy way. All of our products are all natural with fresh made ingredients. There is absolutely no msg in any of our products. I only use pink Himalayan sea salt and fresh herbs and spices to flavor the foods. free organic. I started this journey while facing some harsh realities. When you have family members who become ill and you know it is do to consumption of products because they keep the cultural tradition, and while reading labels you see msg as the first ingredient and sodium in exorbitant amounts or the amounts of sugars in these products contain. We wanted to make the same delicious foods but with natural ingredients and no preservatives. Please join me in keeping our family traditions without all of the additives.

You guys asked and so we listened. Back by popular demand for this weekend we’ve brought back our churrasco steak with house made chimichurri. This is available and while supplies last. We also have one special mini empanadas. This is available for dine and only at the bistro 15 Main St., Eatontown, NJ parking in the back. Xoxo Yas

I know we’re one day late but we would like to wish all of our fathers that come to support our small business and very happy Father’s Day!! We were so busy yesterday feeding dads, grandpas, abuelos, papis, uncles, tíos and their children and moms. Love Simply Sofrito!

Sorry to be posting this out so late with all the end-of-the-year activities with the children and Catering I never realize how close it was to Father’s Day. As we need to celebrate our dad‘s, we have a customized menu please call and make your reservations. We will be open from 12 to 6 but we will have seatings at 12 o’clock 2 o’clock and 4 o’clock. The number is on the bottom of the menu and we look forward to seeing you on Sunday. Remember, we’re also open Thursday Friday and Saturday XOXO Yas

Happy Sunday, everyone. We hope that you are enjoying your memorial Day weekend. We will be closed on Monday to celebrate with our own families and enjoy a long weekend. We will be open again on Thursday regular hours.

Happy Friday! We will be opening at 1 PM today on Friday, May 16 at the restaurant. This area lost power last night and we had to make sure that everything was back and reset for everyone’s safety. I apologize for any inconvenience.. you can catch us until 9 PM this evening tomorrow at the food truckBrick Farmers' Market from 8:30 to 1:30 PM or tomorrow from 12 to 9 and Sunday from 12 to 6. Enjoy your day off and let us do the cooking for you. Enjoy a hearty meal just like grandma used to make. Right now we have some bacalao salad on special along with our flancocho which is our delicious cheese flan on top of rich chocolate cake. Come in and dine in or call in order to take home as well as menu. I order online DoorDash, Uber eats, and GrubHub.
