I’m so thankful to everyone who helped put together an amazing event to celebrate creatives in the event industry! It is such an honor to be in the top 5 wedding planners nominated this year! The little 9 year old girl that collected bridal magazines and folded napkins during her dad’s catering events is so proud of the planner she’s become today! 10 years ago I planned my 1st wedding with 250 people and if you would have told me then that I would be here today I would have asked HOW! I will continue to allow my talents to guide me and I’m thankful for all my clients past, present and those to come!

As I’m creating timelines for wedding days I’m consistently reminded that everything after the ceremony is a 1st as a married couple. Your 1st kiss, 1st picture, 1st dance, 1st dinner together, 1st drink together, 1st piece a cake as a married couple. There are sooo many 1st and Im intentionally create experiences around those to make sure my couples remember years from now. The song that plays when you cut your cake you’ll remember 5 years later when it comes on in the car. Or the interrupted date you had with your husband at your own reception you’ll remember when you go out to eat.

There are so many ways to make moments and I enjoy hearing the stories years later. It’s more than just planning and designing. It’s really a passion for me!
