The first time a tried Falafel I was a little girl and I couldnโt believe that it was made just with chickpeas, herbs and spices. Since that moment I fall in love with Middle Eastern food and of course, I had to learn how to prepare it. Falafel is still among my favorite Middle Eastern dishes. So Many wonderful flavors and textures in this glorious appetizer.

Nacรญ y crecรญ en Caracas y este plato, la Polvorosa de Pollo, plato clรกsico de la gastronomรญa caraqueรฑa, es uno de esos sabores de infancia que quedaron en mi. Es una mezcla de sabores y texturas maravillosas. Sin duda uno de mis favoritas de la cocina venezolana.

I was born and raised in Caracas and this dish, Polvorosa de Pollo, a classic dish of Caracas gastronomy, is one of those childhood flavors that stayed with me. Itโs a mixture of wonderful flavors and textures. Without a doubt one of my favorites in Venezuelan cuisine.
