Jo-Ann began her regular yoga practice in 2000 as a stress management technique to help her cope with the high demands of her corporate job. In 2005 she earned her 200 hour RYT and pursued advanced studies in yin yoga, restorative yoga, diverse meditation techniques, chakra balancing, energy work, and body-mind connection healing modalities. Jo-Ann continues to study with yoga masters around the world to develop her gentle and inspiring restorative classes and workshops.
