Hello September...
"September brings new opportunties, fresh perspective, and bittersweet change." πΏ
It's truly a different type of month, a month that symbolizes, children going back to school, summer breaks coming to an end, and marks a time that we start to turn towards making an impact on our goals.
As you bring in this new season, perhaps ask yourself:
π€Am I happy where I am in my goals to date?
πWhat do I have to change to get me closer to my goals?
πWhat milestones will I celebrate along the way?
These questions have helped me as seasons change. They've helped me stay focused, and have helped me accomplish many of the things I set out to do.
What are you looking foward to in this season? Whatever you have in store, cheers to you for a great month!

πΈπMeet Lynne Reznick (@lynnereznickphotography), a successful wedding photographer who captures each coupleβs unique love story through her images. In this episode, she shares her passion for mentorships and how it helped her start in the photography space.
Here are some highlightsππ½ββββββββββββββββββ
π±Don't put pressure on yourself as a mentee, give yourself space to learn and grow under someone's guidance.
π€Mentorship is about building a long-term relationship between mentor and mentee.
π₯Mentors need to show passion for what they're teaching and have a love for nurturing the mentee over time.
πMentorship is an integral piece to support the new generation of event professionals.
ππ½To get started, put a structure in place, figure out how much time you can commit, and then advertise it on social media.
