I'll never forget the time when Dave asked if I fancied doing a little taster show on the station, GP wanted me to come in to try out for a show - that was the beginning of this journey. Who knew that 5 years later...I'd still be calling Worldwide FM my radio home.

House of KOKO the energy you brought yesterday into the early hours was insane. From the staff to the members, everyone was beautiful ✨

It's time to celebrate!

So this year we decided to regenerate the WW Awards… A lot has happened since we were last at in 2019! The reason I started this event was to shine a light on the ‘back room’ of the music scene - the place where so many artists begin their journey - an important starting block to be heard by a wider audience , promoters , curators, record labels etc.
Looking back at the events since 2004 , there have been so many first time in the UK appearances from SaRa Creative partners to Anderson Paak… and major legends from Marlena Shaw to Marshall Allen…I’m delighted to have another tremendous line up this weekend … and very special guest + a next generation of DJs from .fm …. Hosts on the night and will celebrate the music and the scene and I can’t wait to check out the newly done up up Koko!! As always get there early as you don’t want to miss a beat.
The WW Awards was always a little tongue in cheek spin on the Award format… everyone’s a winner 🥇 …. Saturday is about celebrating amazing artists who deserve the love …. I hope you can make it…. It will also be streamed live in case you can’t!!

Plus Rhythms and Wines is back and this month it takes us to France with one wine developed in the East of France and one wine made by a couple based in London inspired by the Burgundy region further West.

Big thanks always to , our in house wine consultant, educator and one of the original members of the family. She introduced us to something new, whilst pairing it together with the perfect music 🔊
