Summer means strawberries 🍓 This is my Very Vegan style, (I didn’t go to ) Eton Mess. Followed excellent guidelines for the vegan meringues, used a mix of caster and light brown sugar and they have a tacky marshmallow centre…the best part ❤️ ( no one will read this bit as this IG post contains no prancing around )
