I’m Not Telling You How To Run Your Events . But My Plea Is One :

Treat Local DJs And Artists With The Same Dignity And Respect That You Treat National Acts With . The Former Are Strangers And Don’t Even Take Your Events Seriously Compared To “Bana Ba Mbu” . The Sad Thing Is That When They Fail You, The Very Same Locals Must Rescue Your Events But The Disrespect That They Get Upon Arrival At Your Events Is Totally Appalling.

Do Better Guys 🙏 The Same Local DJ/Artist You Mistreat And Disrespect Will Be A National Treasure Tomorrow And They Give You The Same Energy, You’ll Be Saying They’re Full Of Themselves.

My advice to all event promoters is to book artists that are close to you or you ask people who are close to them to help you with bookings, especially if you're in the North West. It is too risky to book an artist that doesn't know you, always make sure that you do everything that is required on the contract if you want things to go well for you. Some artists are cruel bafethu, hanke ba kgathala le gore go tlile go diragala eng ka wena if they don't pitch on your event, be careful!!!
