Inspired by big batching for our families a la http://mamabake.com/ we decided in 2012 to challenge ourselves and take our family cooking further by opening a temporary kitchen in the Bega Valley when the opportunity arose. We use locally source ingredients when available and always what is in season. Our menu caters for gluten free and vegetarian diets and with prior notice we can cook for any dietary needs.
