Well I promised we would have it ready to launch in July and we have just made it!!

I honestly didn’t realise how much time making a website takes but I’m quite proud that I’ve managed to create it myself it makes it so much more personal to me.

Hello July 🌺

we have been a little quiet on our floral page recently but have had lots going on behind the scenes as usual 🌸💕

We’ve made a huge decision to completely stop our gift bouquets so we can 100% focus on our weddings and events which sadly means we’ve handed in our notice at Seaham Hall 😢

We have supplied this amazing venue for over 5 years and it’s been a fabulous opportunity for us, but the time has come to say goodbye! (Well for gift bouquets any way!) This month will be our last month, but let’s hope we will be back for an event soon 👰💒💍

The next exciting step for us is to launch our Blooming RuBee Floral Design website which is well underway, I have a few small tweaks to make before we go live ready for our prospective brides to see what we can do to help their fresh flower dreams come true!

So a few changes on the horizon, both scary and exciting…. watch this space!!!

If you have an event such as a wedding, engagement, funeral, baby shower, christening etc.. which you would like a quote for fresh flowers please let me know. We also have glassware, floral arch, postbox, easels, mirrors, table settings etc all for hire along with your flowers 🌸💕

How beautiful is this rose? 💗 it’s a Pink Ohara and it smells absolutely amazing! It’s quite a large rose so would be a perfect feature flower.

Scent can be a lovely addition to your bridal bouquet as it will always stir the memory when you revisit the smell in future 💕💕

3 months already since the gorgeous Chloe and Joshua’s leap year wedding date on the 29th February at Beamish Hall. Chloe chose a neutral colour palette for her flowers to compliment her theme. We used beautiful Playa Blanca white roses, Freesia and Eucalyptus for her trailing bouquet which was the same style as her m**s wedding bouquet many years ago 😍 For the bridesmaids we used lovely big hydrangea, roses, hellebore, wax flower, fluffy carnations, hypericum berries and eucalyptus, everything was wrapped in twine which finished them off perfectly! I’m sure you will agree everyone looks fabulous. Congratulations to you both on your 3 month anniversary and thankyou so much for asking us to be part of your day 💗🌸

If you lucky enough to be making a reservation in Seaham’s luxury hotel and spa Seaham Hall remember to add flowers onto your booking. They will be waiting to greet you in your room with your personal message written on the card. You can enjoy them on your stay and they are suitably arranged for the journey home so they can travel with you 🌸💕 🏩

Such a beautiful classic choice for your wedding, Pure White Playa Blanca Roses 💘 This is a reel filmed by me so shows you their actual colour, don’t be fooled by their ‘pure white’ description as you will find it almost impossible to find white white roses. If you’ve found an image you love of a very white bridal bouquet unfortunately it will be either filtered or be artificial flowers. If you would like a fresh flower bouquet it’s best to have realistic expectations, and who could possibly be disappointed with these gorgeous flowers 👰🏼👰🏽👰🏾👰

If you’re wondering why everything is pretty in pink 💕……. on Valentine’s Day whilst everyone was having their flower deliveries my daughter had her baby delivery 🌸💕 Beautiful Ava Jean arrived on a day which was even more full of love 🌹💌❤️ Charlotte had the best gift of all (although I did get perfume a foot massager and chocolates which were pretty good 😂) Congratulations to my baby girl on having your first baby girl 💕💕💕

Love a little face to face meet up with a future bride, so many weddings now are all arranged online due to busy schedules, which can still work very well. Happy Anniversary to Holly Fortney and Trevor Fortney who met 9 years ago today as teenagers ♥️ They flew all the way from Florida last year to get married in the amazing Lumley Castle and made their dreams come true at their fairytale wedding 🏰💕 Beautiful memories made and I’m sure you will agree Hollys flower choices were also beautiful! Such a rich colour palette for her bridal bouquet including Dalia’s, roses and wax flower, with a softer choice of the cream hydrangea and rose mix for her bridesmaids…. First delivery of the year to the multiple award winning venue Seaham Hall💕 my partner ship with them supplying special guests gift bouquets is entering its 4th year and I never get sick of driving into the grounds, there are squirrels and pheasants just minding their own business ( who spotted the pheasant in the trees?) The feeling of relaxation is all around. My sister has booked me a special afternoon tea there soon so I can wait 💕 If you ever get the chance to visit you should, the spa is glorious, such a treat! A classic Lilly and rose delivery today with the scent of stocks and my eucalyptus 💕🌸

I finally got around to making my own wreath for our front door , but as an extra special treat I got to make it with my sister this year! She’s been staying with us on her little Christmas holiday which has been lovely! Twice in one year, she is spoiling us! We used pine and eucalyptus with berries and ribbons so quite simple which is how I like it 🎄🎄🎄 Are you all ready for Christmas, the decs must be up by now?🎄🎄🎄

Thank you to all my amazing attendees of our pumpkin workshop today 🧡🎃 As per usual we made some lovely creations and we all had a few hours of chill time 😁😁 I think it’s safe to say everyone had fun making our alternative pumpkins 🎃🧡.
