Speaking of Christmas party season 🎄 Using our gold chargers and cutlery, alongside our gold accented dinner plates really levels up your tablescape, now all you have to do is choose some of our red and green extras and your design is simple, yet impactful, and very festive. Don’t forget to have some fun with your dinner napkins, like we did here (which we are pretty obsessed with how easy and cute they were to create👌🏻🎄)

Thank you to for another fantastic picture including our rentals. The serenity and joy exuding from this picture inspired us to drop a little pro tip .. (and potentially unpopular opinion 😆):

Don’t over complicate it. (And Let us know in the comments if you agree or disagree.)

Pick your top 2 categories of importance for your big day then focus on those. Once you have your list, get quotes from the professionals to execute your priorities THEN with your remainder budget, add on the extras.

Here’s a couple examples for you:

1) “We want to feel relaxed” - that might mean a venue in nature, not a jam packed schedule, hiring a setup and teardown crew.
2) “We want to prioritize awesome guest experience” - that might look like splurging on higher quality catering, shelter/heat/air conditioning for comfort, great DJ

Or

1. “I want to encompass our passion for design” - that might look like splurging on the designer attire, or hiring the most aligned event designer to implement your vision
2. “I want as many mementos as possible, to never forget the details” this could mean hiring both a photographer and videographer, as well as going all out on your favourite photobooths and guest books

Catch our drift? Whatever is your jam is the right jam for your big day.

As we begin the set up for the 25th anniversary of the Festival of the Grape, we are wondering- who else will be there this weekend!?

Check out the outdoor, family-friendly celebration that attracts over 4,500 people annually and offers an unforgettable experience in Canada’s Wine Capital. Sip, Savor, and Celebrate with live music, grape stomp competition, and tons more fun. We love being a part of great events like this!!

Line up the tent with your garage, let us lay out our checkered dance floor leading up to a stage that we can build for you, invite your favourite band to entertain your guests, create stylish seating areas and a stunning bar from @perspectiveeventdesign to really level up the space- all protecting you and your guests from the elements, while being able to host a party at home, without needing to worry about cleaning up inside!
