And today I catered a bridal shower. Baked ziti with mushrooms, meatballs in sauce, bread with flavored butters, salad with cinnamon crusted pecans, strawberries, feta cheese & balsamic dressing & assorted fruits.

Had a busy weekend... catered a lunch on Friday. Stromboli, pasta salad, watermelon & assorted cookies.

This was my first catering event. It was for a golf outing. I made a total of 8 slab pies(3 of which aren't pictured) & 2 pans of Texas Sheet Cake. I also was responsible the main meal(except for the chicken) which consisted of green beans, parmesan roasted red potatoes and broccoli salad. And, of course, I was responsible for the appetizer table.

This was the first wedding I've catered. In the chafing dishes are a pork roast, chicken breast, green beans and garlic mashed potatoes. Also, there was a salad which included feta cheese, strawberries, croutons, cinnamon crusted pecans(homemade) mixed with a balsamic dressing.

This is a Christmas party I catered. In the chafing dishes is pulled pork, meatballs(all rolled by hand) & mashed potato balls(all rolled by hand). The caprice salad was served with a balsamic reduction. And this was the first Charcuterie board I've ever done.
