On a very rare occasion I get to serve the food I cater. That brings me so much Joy, imagine witnessing guests eat your food with smiles on their faces. I am typically exhausted after catering each event asking myself, why do I do this again? I promise I am not going anywhere anytime soon. I enjoy bringing great food to your event. According to CNN "In Jamaica, curry reflects a mix of British and Indian influences on cuisine, which became customized to local tastes and ingredients, in particular, curry goat." But I could have told you that sort of...my family came to New York from Jamaica and I learned this recipe along with others from the women in my family. It taste nice trust me! Allow me to reintroduce myself. Yes, you know my name, but do you know what I am about? I LOVE COMMUNITY. It gives me all the good fuzzy feelings when I'm at an event and someone recognizes me. Of course, I haven't seen them in forever because life happens. But when I see you, just know it's all love!

Food drives me because, tuh, have you tried my jerk wings yet? Them thangs be slappin'. On a serious note, I find so much passion in sharing my family's recipes with you. I appreciate the support, and I just want to make sure you have amazing food at your event.
