Allie and Luke are absolutely made for one another and seem to exemplify the saying, "opposites attract". He's an old soul who probably should have been born in the 40s with a habit of procrastinating, while she is organized and structured with a more modern style. Over the years Allie has taught him how to accomplish things on time and be more efficient and he has taught her to take things in stride. He has also imbued upon her a love and appreciation for music which became a big inspiration for me when editing this film. I really wanted the music to reflect their personalities and the fun that the two of them had from the start of their day until the very end. It seems every time I go to Crescent Hill the dance floor is on fire, and this time was no different as the two of them lit it up with boundless energy and joy.

Not since the first wedding I ever shot have I been able to shoot for a friend or family member. It was so much fun and such a privilege to not only witness Annie's wedding, but to document it as well. Annie and Charles are both so nice and so chill and they both really took the time to enjoy their day. I had a lot of fun editing this film and I believe the tone, music and pacing really reflects the day we all witnessed.

I've known Annie and her family for over ten years through Hungarian dancing and it was amazing to be there when she got married.

I loved this intimate backyard wedding. The personal vows shared in a clearing in the woods, the hand crafted decor, the dancing under a twinkling tree. It all made for a perfect day for these two who clearly enjoyed and soaked up every minute of it.

About a week ago Emily and I went out to shoot with Marina and Richie who had an awfully long journey to get to that day. Covid has kept them apart for well over a year and forced them into a long distance relationship, but they never let that be a problem. From the minute we met with them we could see how sweet and loving they were with one another and it really did ooze into every image we captured. Just over a month now until their long awaited wedding and I couldn't be more excited for them!

Last week Natalie and Andre said their "I do's" in the middle of what might best be described as a monsoon. Despite this, and everything else they had to navigate while planning their big day, they did everything with a smile on their face and a jig in their step. Thank you both for being so easy to work with and for making my job so easy!
