9 YEARS of HBM...
👑 In 2015, Amy started cooking in her parent's kitchen for friends and family with the goal of making eating well easy and delicious
🤪 Back then, it really was a one-woman show: she was doing all of the grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, deliveries, customer service, order intake, social media, and so much more
🐝 But today, we couldn't be more proud, and thankful, to serve so many of you (our amazing customers!) across the GTA
❤️ Plus, we have a pretty incredible team in the office, in the kitchen, and on the roads to make it all possible
💪 Nine years later, our goal remains the same: to make eating well easy and delicious

Due to the demand from clients, CrossFit-ers, runners, families and friends - Amy delivered Honey Bee Meals. Amy, a former NCAA athlete, is a Certified Holistic & Sports Nutritionist and CF-L1 Trainer. When she's not planning menus, cooking or delivering, you'll find her lifting weights, running, coaching basketball and planning an adventure.
