Capernwray Triathlons / Aquathlons / AquaBikes / Swims, are a great way to get your Tri fix on a week day. They’re super friendly and relaxed, so are also an ideal way to take your first steps into Triathlon.

This year T2 Events is working alongside Furness Triathlon Club to host the Capernwray Midweek Triathlon and Multi Sport Series.

We hope you will join us at one or more of the events. First Wednesday in June, July, August and September.

You will see a few changes...

Firstly it will be the same great challenging routes with many of the same supportive faces.

Behind the scenes the event will be listed with British Triathlon to ensure continuity of rules and regulations. So it is of benefit if you are registered as a British Tri member. But please don't worry if you are not as you can purchase a race day licence through the entry system. (£8) This will have to be completed before you place your entry through si.

(Example of Core Adult Membership £55 for the year will give you a race licence, eligibility to compete for GB, public liability insurance for racing and training. Also includes personal accident cover.)

This year we will not be recording split times but will be providing a finish time with a gantry clock. This is due to the T2Event timing equipment ageing and being a huge investment. We hope by providing this finish time we still have the competitive element but keeping the Capernwray events affordable and inclusive.
Results will be recorded and published.

Entries will open very shortly and we hope to see you on the start line in June.

Fireworks 500 open water swim is taking place on the 4th November at Capernwary Dive Centre. Experience a night swim with exclusive access to the centre with T2. Own firework display.
