Carla’s Cucina
Since a very young age, I have enjoyed watching both my Nonna and Mother cook traditional Italian meals for our family and friends. I would spend much time learning, helping and of course, tasting all of the wonderful dishes we would prepare together.
From my Italian heritage background, my meals are all inspired by the hands of my Grandmothers, both born and raised in Sicily and Abruzzo. With several visits to these beautiful towns (and several others in pretty Italy), I have been privileged to learn from the very best, authentic- casalinga style of traditional Italian cooking.
Cooking is my passion. You’ll always find me in the kitchen in my spare time... I’ll either be whipping up something quick, or making a spread of food. Most of times, you would think I’m feeding the army.
I want to share this passion with everyone, so I have brought Carla’s Cucina to life, and have created my very own catering service. I have a large variety of dishes on offer, and welcome special requests. I cater to specific dietary requirements, and I source all produce fresh.
