Hailing from the northern reaches of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dragan Lakic aka Forest People aka Olēka headlined the second ever AZYL party back in 2020 alongside Lotus Wash. When discussing who to bring back for our five-year anniversary, his name came up immediately thanks to the lasting impression he left on us. You can look forward to catching that same vibe at 03:00 on the ACID GYM stage, where he'll play a 100% original producer set.

We became fast friends with Aesztetik after his Prague premiere last year at AZYL VORTEX. A nice guy and talented producer, he releases music at a furious rate on various labels around the world with many of his tracks reaching hundreds of thousands of plays on SoundCloud. We are excited to have him back with us. Catch him grooving hard on the ACID GYM stage at 00:00.

"HRTL. Definitely HRTL."

That's how it started, and that's how it will continue.  Leoš Hort aka HRTL is at the top of the game when it comes to live electronic music performance. His sets are fully improvised off of an impressive collection of modular synthesizers which to the untrained eye more resemble the controls to a rocketship than a musical instrument. We told him to bring his hardest game, so get ready for a special treat on the BUFET stage at 01:30.

A long time friend if the family, Žofie's musical path has crossed ours on many occasions. She is one of our favorite DJs on the scene nowadays thanks to her perfect track selection and story telling abilities from behind the mix. She recently released a new track called I WANNA BANG with Alex Raichman on their platform RYZG Records. Žofie will open the ACID GYM stage at 22:00, we recommend coming early so you don't miss your chance to hear her live!

Cílem workshopu je předat studentům základy djingu. To zahrnuje seznámení se a vyzkoušení si práce s programem Rekordbox a základy mixování, které zahrnují představení dj set upu, volbu správných tracků, beatmatching atd. 

The goal of the workshop is to teach students the basics of djing. This includes getting to know and trying out Rekordbox and the basics of mixing, which includes performing, DJ equipment choosing the right tracks, beatmatching, etc.

𝐕𝐉 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐏:

Videoprojekční kurz založený na kombinaci prezentace a praktické interakce. Kurz se bude zabývat základními aspekty VJingu, včetně hardwarových a softwarových požadavků, strategií přípravy a práce a strategií pro vytváření skvělých vizualizací. Mezi probíraná témata budou patřit: videoprojekce, střih videa, videomapping a další související témata. Určeno pro začátečníky, v angličtině (čeština pouze jako doplňujíci jazyk). V případě zájmu si přineste vlastní obrázky/videa na usb flash disku.

A video projection course based on a mix of presentation and hands-on interaction. The course will cover basic aspects of VJing, including hardware and software requirements, strategies for preparing and working, and strategies for creating great visuals. Topics covered will include: video projection, video editing, video mapping, and other related topics. Designed for beginners, in English (CZ will be on standby). Bring your own images / video on a USB stick if you want.

Adrenaline, catharsis, gratitude.
This edition of .rave was our biggest step forward so far and absolute proof that our shared dream can be made real. AZYL is more than a collective, we are a family, each one playing their part and contributing to the greater good. Ayako Mori, slayer of dancefloors. She is a prolific techno producer and resident at Berlin's infamous KitKat club as a member of the Gegen collective and is the head of three separate record labels (Physical Techno Recordings, Kalmary Records and Unbekannt/ Label). Her music is dark, inspiring, and hits like a tsunami. This will be her first time performing in Prague, so don't miss out on your chance to see this legend in the making.

With a sound that fluidly crosses the border between acidcore freetekno gatherings in the forest and industrial warehouse events in the city, Minopolska is an upcoming producer that brings some of the hardest and purest rave energy we have ever witnessed. This will also be her first time playing in the Czech Republic, though we are absolutely sure it won't be the last as soon as word about her gets out on the scene. Born in Rotterdam and based in Budapest, WNDRLST quickly made a name for himself on the hardtechno scene with his signature driving industrial and acid rave sounds. If you are a fan of the genre, chances are that you are already familiar with his work, or have heard it before being played by industry greats such as 999999999, SNTS, I Hate Models, Paula Temple and many others. He is the owner of the Occult Rhythms label, and throughout his short yet extremely respectable career he has managed to maintain a dark and mysterious aura. Make sure to use this opportunity to experience the absolute powerhouse hidden under a black cap at his first ever performance ever in the Czech Republic.

AESZTETIK (HU)

A perfect example of today's generation of producers that masterfully transpose oldschool hard rave vibes into the sound design of the modern era, AESZTETIK is a favorite among many of us on the underground rave scene. His hardtechno hit Rude Boy [JAH004] sits at over 320k plays on SoundCloud, with many of his other tracks finding large success in industrial halls and dirty bunkers all across Europe as well. He is a member of RÉV.zrt crew from Budapest, Hungary, and we are very excited to host him for his first show in Prague.
