That's the kind of festival we strive to be. We promote many different styles and genres of music and we encourage artists to broaden their horizons by working together in collaborative performances. Music brings people together like nothing else can; audience and performers. In short, we're trying to put the love back in the music. ough talent to make this festival a success. We have great venues, and extremely talented musicians. Let's make this city ELE-lectric. Each year in mid to late September, University Square, a beautiful new site at the University of Ottawa, will play host to E.L.E Festival 2016. The festivities will begin at 1:00 pm and end promptly at 11:00 pm. Venue capacity is upwards of 3000 people. The stage is large (30ft x 30ft) and is covered by a large tent, so the festival will proceed rain or shine.
