So many ppl missing my point a few posts back about food not needing dressing imo.
Do I still use dressing and sauces on some dishes? Yes!

I was only trying to get across that perhaps some meals and food we should try first without dressings.

That some foods have incredible flavor and already have healthy fats in them. Therefore not needing a bunch of unnecessary dressing.

If I would’ve doused that meal of seasoned sweet potatoes and grilled salmon in dressing I would’ve missed out on all of that natural flavors the meal had to offer 😌 that’s really all I was trying to say.

Eat the dressing, don’t eat the dressing. The choice is yours, the choice is mine! Aren’t agency and our taste buds some amazing things 🤩

I’ve been hitting up a HOT 🥵 barefoot boot camp once a week for the past month or so. Todays’ thoughts as the teacher proceeded to drink her “energy” drink at the start of class and talked about how she had had 3 shots of espresso earlier 🤯 and now this.
There wasn’t talk of a nutritious meal or like how freaking Yum Grapefruits are this season 🍊(I know that’s an orange it’s all good!)
The protien and energy drinks are EVERYWHERE right now and I swear all the hype.
Our attention needs to be shifted! We need real live foods with every meal!
This morning we were out of fruits and veggies thanks to a spending freeze we are doing this week… (if you don’t know just ask . )
So I ate what my kids ate oatmeal sweetened with honey and cinnamon with buttered on the side.
By the way I CRUSHED the workout doing burpee tuck jumps when people around me could hardly get up it was so blasted 🥵 in there!
All my fruits and veggies are to thank for the endurance in that class + my drive, but definitely not some Energy drink!

You can do it too! You can be healthy and strong without spending crazy money on these things just work on feeding your food actual live foods 👍🏼

By the way a huge thank you to everyone who reached out to me about my “course” or whatever it is exactly that I’m working on creating! I genuinely love helping people learn about this stuff and it has given me such a drive this past week and a half!

It’s going to take time but all great things do amiright 💛
