First look before or at the Ceremony?

First look, before the ceremony or at the ceremony. Let's talk about it. When doing the final logistics consult, one of the questions is will you be doing a first look, first touch, first prayer etc. Your photography team will also be asking this. This question often is met with two different answers from the couple. LOL! The bride may say first look when I walk down the aisle because I want him to cry when he sees me. While the groom would say I would like to see my sweetheart prior. There is no right or wrong answer. It is what suits you best. However, let’s talk about each. Benefits of doing a first look before the ceremony. It definitely can help with the pre ceremony jitters. You can have an intimate private moment together prior to sharing with your family and friends. Your photographer and videographer can capture these raw emotions. When Should You Send Out Your Wedding Invitations?

When should you start sending out your wedding save the dates and invites? . .When you get engaged, the word spreads really fast! Friends and family are excited and can't wait to get their invitation. But when is a good time to do so? . . For your save the dates, you may send those out about a year out from your wedding. Especially if you have a good amount of people that will have to travel for your big day. . . The save the date should include the city, state, country, and the date. Always include formal invitation to follow. . .For your actual wedding invitations, you may send them out 3-4months from your wedding date. . .Include times, addresses, an RSVP by date. Wedding gift registry information. And . . Other information you may include would be for hotel and transportation. If flying in, the nearest airport. . .. . .Some may choose to include attire suggestions.
